Once your request has been reviewed and accepted for Option B, the £200 Event Support Fee must be paid before any agreed planning, coordination or preparation support begins.
This fee covers SupportUKtoday's planning, coordination and support services throughout the preparation process and agreed support period.

The £200 Event Support Fee covers SupportUKtoday's involvement only.
The fee does not include venue hire, catering, suppliers, equipment, printing, advertising or third‑party costs.
SupportUKtoday does not contribute financially to event costs.
The organiser remains responsible for all event decisions, permissions, suppliers and third‑party arrangements.
SupportUKtoday creates identity and awareness — not fundraising.
Supporters donate directly to their chosen charity.
Where applicable, supporters may reference their S'port Me Today Identity, campaign strand and Supporter ID Number for recognition purposes.
SupportUKtoday does not collect or distribute donations.
